Email settings:
Settings for Outlook, Outlook express, Thunderbird or Eudora
Username	Your full email address e.g. frank@rsa.co.za
Password	The password that was provided by you for email by Quattro. Do not confuse this with your dialup password.
POP3 server	mail.quattro.co.za (Also known as POP or incoming mail server.)
SMTP server	This is the SMTP server of your ISP.
	The most common ones are: Telkom DSL users:  smtp.dsl.telkomsa.net Telkom dialup users:  smtp.telkomsa.net Mweb:  smtp.mweb.co.za
Webmail settings:
URL	http://webmail.quattro.co.za
Name	Your full email address e.g. frank@rsa.co.za
Password	The password that was provided by you for email by Quattro. Do not confuse this with your dialup password.
FTP settings:
FTP server	duo.quattro.co.za
Username	The username provided by Quattro
Password	The password provided by Quattro
Do not use PASV mode in your FTP program.
